A lovely atmosphere of this cafe on the corner, outside Oakleigh Central on Portman St (near pedestrian lights of Eaton Mall).Plenty of seating inside and out.Meals were large and well priced. All day breakfast and lovely lunch meals. They were really tasty too.Service was okay.I wasn’t a huge fan of the coffee though

Fantastic toasted sandwiches, love the BLT especially! Chips are chunky and crispy, with generous sizes. Great value cafe for a feed, plenty of seating, good coffee too!

Melina's kitchen is a gem. Everyone was friendly, the food was tasty and fresh. The location is also ideal for people watching or taking in the sites of the Plaza. A definite must try. I had the reuben and would definitely order it again.

Dropped in for breakfast and got a cappuccino and smashed avo. I wish I thought to take a photo of the food when it came but I forgot and just immediately dug in It was delicious through!Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Wish I could give way more than 5 stars to this amazing place. Best coffee, best food, and most of all best people around town! Feels like being right at home, if you’re looking for a cozy, nostalgic, out of a book cafe, look no further. The smashed avocado and the shakshuka are like no other!! Best brunch in Oakleigh!!

Amazing place and lovely food. The Burgers were not only visually lovely but tasty too. Kids absolutely loved it! Hidden gem will come back for sure!!!

Was here a few weeks back on the 19th of January. Dropped in for morning refreshment which was delicious. Was greeted immediately by Alex when I walked in the door.I came back for lunch the same day and Alex remembered me and asked where I went on my adventure.After toiling through the menu, I decided on the Chicken Parmigiana. It was delicious but maybe a tad overcooked as it was a bit dry.I was going to stick around for a coffee and a little treat, but I was stuffed!Top notch service from Alex!I’ll see you when I’m next back in Melbourne!
